AMRAP One:

10 burpees

Two:
5 Hang Power Snatch (W:75, M: 95)
10 ring dips

Three:
5 pullups
10 Hand Release Push Ups

Four:
5 GHD's
10 OH Lunges (25,45)

Score is total rounds complete for all 4 AMRAPs.
